Our primary criteria are:

  • Primary, secondary and local parades with upper parts intact as well as single units in all London suburbs with lot sizes ranging from £200,000 to £10,000,000
  • Freehold or long leasehold leisure premises in zones 1 – 6 of London
  • Individual units and development sites with scope to add value
  • Sites with potential for commercial advertising
  • Any retail or residential assets with capital values of under £250 per sq | ft in London

For further background, from the beginning of 2009 to the current date Golfrate has acquired over:

  • £200,000,000 of investment and development assets within Greater London
  • £1,000,000,000 of assets under management and are looking to double this in the coming years
