Glasshouse Asset Management continues to acquire investments and vacant opportunities within the Greater London area. Since 2009 the group has been aggressively acquiring distressed and semi distressed London assets and has over £100m to spend this year on the correct deals.

Our primary criteria are:

• Primary, secondary and local parades with upper parts intact as well as single units in all London suburbs with lot sizes ranging from £200,000 to £10,000,000
• Freehold or long leasehold leisure premises in zones 1 – 6 of London
• Individual units and development sites with scope to add value
• Sites with potential for commercial advertising
• Any retail or residential assets with capital values of under £250 per sq | ft in London

For further background, from the beginning of 2009 to the current date Golfrate has acquired over:

• £200,000,000 of investment and development assets within Greater London
• £1,000,000,000 of assets under management and are looking to double this in the coming years
